Commissions
The Prices shown are BASE PRICE and do NOT apply to Commercial CommissionsMake sure to read my Terms of Service before commissioning me
-Price increases on complexity: Props, horns / wings / extra limbs. Detailed backgrounds, complex designs, etc.-When commissioning me, provide a proper reference of characters / posing / backgrounds, etc.- The illustration would be in my artsyle

Commercial commissions
Commercial use applies if the drawing WILL generate you some kind of profit, whether it is monetary, in the shape of merchandise, or to promote yourself, streaming, Twitch, Youtube, an online shop, game assets, etc

Terms of service
By filing out the commission form, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully:
Artwork Commission rights
- I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.- As an artist I have all rights to my work, including the right to post it on my social media as a portfolio.- The commissioner is never allowed to: sell/redraw/modify/make merchandise/claim credit or use my work for self promotion.- Personal use only.- No commercial use of commission.
- The commissioner has no right to use the product in any blockchain related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrencies or future inventions in the space.- Use of the commission at any stage of the commission in advertising or benefits associated with NFTs/Cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.- Client may not commercialize the commission work. A separate contract is issued upon request.- The artwork HAS my signature on it.
Payment
- Payments only through PayPal (you must pay +10% of the total amount for transfer taxes).- Payment is only in USD.- I will send you a Paypal Invoice for you to pay.- Full payment in advance.- Client agrees to pay the total amount specified in USD (American Dollars) NOT IN ANY CRYPTO OR NFT currency and bears any currency conversion costs, bank transfer fees, payment provider service fees and any other costs involved in transferring funds to the Artist.
Payments are required upfront and in full, unless a payment plan is otherwise agreed upon.
Extra fees apply on
- More than one character.- Lots of details such as: very detailed clothes, accessories, etc.- Complex backgrounds / weapons- Objects not already included in the initial commission.- Commercial use (x2 or x3 the starting price. Please email me for commercial commissions).
Refunds
- I only accept refunds if I haven't started on the commission or for personal reasons I cannot complete the commission.- NO refunds after commission has been started / sent.
Deadline
- Without a specific given date the commission will not have a specific deadline or timeframe.- Please do NOT rush me, I work at my own pace.- Depending on complexity, commissions normally take from 2 - 3 weeks depending on my schedule.
Please inform me about deadlines before i start on ur commission so I can get it done as soon as possible.-If the deadline is within a two or three or less prior to the day the request was accepted, you may be:
1) Charged extra for rush fee of $50usd
2) I may cancel the commission if i don't think i can finish in time.
Ordering process
- Submit the order form filled out and I will reply within 3 days if I've accepted the commission and to give you a quote.
- Upon confirmation we'll discuss price and extra costs via email. Then I'll send you the Paypal invoice.
- After payment, I will start working on the commission.- I'll send you the sketch for approval process. Here you can ask for changes.Finished commission will be sent to the client's email address: PNG, 300dpi, with my signature on it.- Updates will be sent to you at 1) the sketch stage and 2) when I add the base colors. Any major changes requested beyond stage 2 will be subject to additional charge.
Revisions
- Commissioners are allowed three minor changes + one major change to the original sketch at no extra cost.- Major changes made beyond the initial sketch phase (clothing, pose, big colour changes) will result in an additional charge to be determined between the client and the artist. I will not move forward with a commission until the additional payemnt(s) (per charge) have been recieved in full.
